I’m a retired Marine Corps master sergeant who served from 1970-’90, with three tours at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps in Arlington, Virginia, with my twilight tour as the administrative chief to the 11th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, David W. Sommers.
